Does anyone know what company has the best shipping cost? I am looking to transport a Sled from Washington to Michigan. I am not apposed to paying someone who is making the trip from Washington to somewhere close and wants make some extra $$$ I will travel west your destination is not Michigan.

If you don't get any offers, try uShip.com. I had a sled shipped once from Mi. to Il. using a guy I found on there & it was an easy & smooth transaction.
You can check for references & set a price that you're willing to pay.

I second trying uship.com, I was looking to get some bumpers for my truck, found a great deal on the bumpers but shipping was going to kill me, put it up on uship and found someone to bring them back. This was a person that was already moving something for someone and just threw them on his trailer. Cost 100, instead of the 200-300 I was getting quoted from regular shipping companies. I did end up having to meet him to pick them up, only had to drive about an hour.

Thanks guys, U-Ship was the one that kept popping up on my searches so if the deal happens that will probably be the way unless someone just happens to be making the trip.
