Snowmobile staorge racks.....

I am looking for any ideas/info on snowmobile storage racks....I am looking to buy/build racks for garage where I can stack sleds......any ideas/pictures/suggestions ........THX in advance.

I put mine on pallets but I have enough room....then I just hand truck em out when needed...and then forlift onto trailer....just regular wooden pallets.

Look for some pallet racking. We have some that the beams are 10' long and it's 4' deep. We have a 16' ceiling so we have some clear space on the floor then one row is stacked 2 high and the other is 3 sleds high. Takes a fork lift to get them up there so that could be an issue for you. Just search on Craigslist and you'll find something. I think we paid $300 for everything and we have 2 "towers"

you ever been out west and rented machines from west Yellowstone rental place....they have you drive down from upstairs on a ramp by the gas pumps....now that was a cool ramp and storage

I remember some one doing this and using a couple boat cranks/wenches to raise and lower the sleds instead of a fork lift. I did a little digging but did not find it, I'll look again when I have more time

When I install mine, i have plenty of friends who are cranks, but can you lend your wenches to help me?
