Snowmobiling in Florence / Iron Mountain

We had a trip planned to Florence WI / Iron Mountain MI this weekend, has anyone been up there within the week? I know conditions may be pretty bad...

Iron Mountain was thin, def. don't go east from there. We were in Iron River, MI last weekend and it is rideable. Some thin spots, but I'd go back today if I could :)

I just got back yesterday from my place in Florence (Spread Eagle)/Iron Mountain area. Mike's pics are encouraging but we lost around 2" of snow over the weekend and I'm sure the trails are icy right now. As I drove home (Illinois) I noticed the trails in Pembine weren't horrible (like Mike's pics showed, but I did see grass in some areas. We just need 3-4" of more snow and things should be back to good/excellent. Just be careful under that snow in corners, the ice will still be there. I'm planning another trip the weekend of the 5th. If there isn't more snow I will skip riding in this area and trailer to north to Koski Corner (41 & M95) and ride towards Big Bay.
