I'd like to make it happen again! We need the master chain saw operator though. I'm sure John will need lots of wood cut since we see in his journal he is cutting down trees as he needs them. Let's just make sure John hires the young men from up there again, they sure help out! What do you say rp7x?

I'm pretty sure it is obvious where I stand on this! I know my back has really ached each time I have cut this summer. So will welcome any and all help!

I have put in an order of 15 cord. Not sure when it will arrive, but will also be getting in touch with the young men to help.

I'm guessing he is elbow deep in bee hives or maybe his fingers are too sticky to type.

It is typically around 10-11, but last season was so cold, we ran out in Feb. I had an extra 5 delivered in January, but went through that by around June or July. We burn all year long, heating the domestic hot water. Plus the pool heater uses the boiler to heat it, so when I have that going, it uses about as much as a cold winter day. It's been a cool summer, so the pool heater has been going a lot.

I guess the bottom line is, I much prefer to have a bit left over from the season before than to have to go hand-to-mouth like we are now!

Hey Mark, any chance you could give Steve a jingle and see if he has any interest in cutting? Or PM me his number and I can call him. I did have him saved in me old phone but it fell out the car window, yea,,that's,,,, it fell out. I hated that phone!

I'm also in the mood for that basket of chicklets john makes for us, I mean brisket
