Southerly winds suck!!

Everytime we get a decent start to the riding season, a warm up and rain hits. Looks like everything that has been worked and built into decent shape is going to pretty much be gone by Friday. Got a trip planned to the UP 1/6-1/9, and this craps gotta hit right before. Much better for everybody in my crew if we are able to ride. If we can't ride, the bars will be in for an unexpected windfall. Time will tell!!

same here! haven't been UP in two years and now thinking we are gonna go west if we can find a room on such short notice!

Well....looks like the trails are pretty well gone after the first day of the rain. After tomorrow, and another day of this, I'm guessing most areas will be unrideable. For now, looks like it's time to crack the bottle of Captain, spend some quality time with friends and family ringing in the New Year, and make this bad dream go away.
