St. Ignace

Have to be in Mac City for hockey this weekend and thinking of taking sleds. Plan would be to just jump over the bridge and ride from there. Just a day ride 50-100 miles or so and then head home Sat night. Is there enough snow to ride north from there? If so, where is a good trailhead to drop and ride from? Thanks in advance!

Yes there is enough snow to ride out of St Ignace. I think that you can park truck/trailers at the ice arena in St Ignace. Trail goes out right next to it.

Thanks Homan! I think we are a go for this weekend. I'm going regardless, so why not put a few miles on and work the cobwebs out before our big trip in 2 weeks! New sled for my youngest and post clutch work for my oldest. My old dog will just keep pluggin along! Going to drop by the rink and head north/west for some miles. Deadhead it home at the end of the day! Thanks!
