Contact FXR directly. I had issues with boots I bought and the warranted them no questions asked even after I wore them for two years! Great company!

I think a dry cleaner around here replaced zippers.

My FXR jacket (Mountain) new this year just tore open @ zipper also the other day but was luckey enough to get it fixed myself....Yep I use a local seamstres or whatever to even custom fit my sled coats pants etc. You would be surprised what they can do and most stuff is pretty low in cost.
