Steerable Dollies Question

How do the steerable dollies work on rough and uneven surfaces? We store our sleds in a garage that the floor is all heaved but they aren't going to fix it. The regular dollies just slide right out when they get hooked on a bump. I also drive on gravel every once in awhile at our storage shed. Thanks!

Mike i has it pluses and minuses. If you go with an heavy duty shop dolly will handle your uneven grage floors to that gravel drive way. But, they are big and clunky to store.

I have a set of the ones that have the 5" diameter wheels. Bought them because I didn't want to mark up my garage or drivway (paver stones) when I needed to work on the sleds. I live on a gravel road and they work good on that also - so long as you dont have any big pot holes. They even work on packed snow very well. I added some nonskid strips where the skis fit and don't need to use the strap. I really like mine but the $80 was tough to part with.
