Street legal turn signal kits

Have any of you guys or gals every converted your atv with a turn signal kit. My community just passed a local ordinance making atv's street legal on municipal streets so long as they follow the terms of the Illinois Vehicle Code. The only addition my Sportsman needs is Turn Signals front and rear. Polaris doesnt offer any turn signal kits, and frankly I wouldn't want to pay for their over priced aftermarket parts anyways but I was just wondering if anyone could reccomend any parts sites or parts dealers that have a quality kit for such a conversion. I have found signal kits on the Net that range any where from $50 to $250. I am always looking for a good referal on something thats worth the money so I dont buy some junk. I am thinking about putting together my own kit so I know what I'm getting but thought I would check with my fellow John Dee'ers as we ussually seem able to help each other out. I really dont want to spend to much money on the retro fit as I am sure some "MOROON" in my town with F**K UP the ordinance for all of us that follow the rules and use our head and the city will probably end up recinding the ordinance.

As far as I know none of the manufactures have turn signal kits (yet at least) for ATVs.

The aftermarket has them, just search atv turn signal kits or start here:

by the way, what town in Illinois has passed the ordinance to allow LSV?

Hey Jerkbait, Where in Ill. do you reside that they passed that?
I can barely ride mine on my own land without people looking sideways at me.
I might as well live in Chicago!
