Suggestions for tribute/roast for co-worker

I am giving a short talk about a co-worker at a casual work party.
I have decided the theme will be to compare their job as a teacher/school administrator to that of a bait shop owner. (long story behind that)
Anyway, I would welcome some suggestions or funny comparisons that I can incorporate.
