Super Bowl What Happened?

Are the Seahawks that good & Broncos not at SB level yet? I thought it would be Seahawks all the way but not by a blowout! Manning is always a wild card QB so I had to take Broncos as the real deal but they were not on the same level as Seahawks in any part of the game. I didn't want the North teams to proceed in playoffs just did not think any of them were very good but any 1 of them would have given Seahawks a better game. YIKES!!!

SeaHawks had their attitude going..faster, harder hitting and coordinated pumped...good management should get credit, they were prepared to be champs.

it was an impressive dominating performance by the hawks.

wait till russell wilson's $600,000 a year contract expires next year and they gotta pay him 15 million a year, they won't have money to pay the rest of their defensive studs. dynasty's in the NFL are over. samething with Kappernick after next year.

I think it was a matter of Seattle playing their best game of the year, and Denver playing their worst. Hiking a ball over QBs head to start the game? Come on, that should not happen in NFL or even High School. Had nothing to do with how good Seattle D was, that was plain awful.

Seattle has hit homeruns late rounds of the draft the last few years including picking pro bowl caliber first round picks. Sherman, earl thomas, and chancellor all came after the 4th round, and they are all elite. Not to mention wilson in the third. they built the best roster thru the draft. But timo is right when all these guys rookie contacts expire they will never be able to pay them all. Sherman and wilson alone will eat up 1/3 the teams salary cap if they pay them what they are worth.

Too much Rocky Mountain High?!? LOL! I don't believe I have seen any team do as poor as the Broncos did right from the get go. I know there have been some "blow outs"" in past Super Bowls, but this was plain disastrous from the first play to the last. I was pulling for Peyton & Co., obviously, the better team won. Seattle definitely played their best game of the year when it counted BIG & congratulations to them.-Mezz

Did anybody hear Peyton holler "OMAHA" at all during the Super Bowl? ANYBODY???? No.....that's what I thought. And there lies the reason they got thumped. I thought I heard it a couple times, but after DVRing it back, he was actually saying "OH MY GOD", and rightfully so. That game couldn't end fast enough. UGGGGLY!!!!

i guess you didn't see the niners beat the broncos 55-10 back in 1989. the niners could of scored 70 points if there was 5 quarters.

Seattle learned the snap count....and the blanko's didn't change it all game. Paton was not sharp at all and he made some poor desperation decisions. Can't do that in a game this important. If anyone watched the play-off games, it didn't even look like the same team.

I saw something on the internet that Seattle figured out Denvers hand signals. If so same result when Bears figured out Green Bays years ago and creamed them in Chicago. I didn't watch much of the game the Super Bowl doesn't do it for me unless a team from the NFC North is in it.
