The guys were getting after it 20191202_133734.jpg 20191202_134943.jpg starting Sunday. A breakdown right away delayed them a bit, but by Monday late morning they were rolling. Trail 3 from Twin Lakes to Toivola was done, and then they were doing 13 from Twin Lakes to the Sleepy river bridge. Lots of trees down and bent over, but they got it handled after a loooooong day. Here are a few pics I took yesterday.

Why did you ruin the trail with your foot prints? The season is shaping up nicely, My Club is finishing up the Youth Safety course this week, Testing Thursday and because there is snow we are doing the rider test this weekend. Soon there will be nearly 30 more riders with safety certificates in MN.

i got my renewal on my desk..donation goes in soon..$25 is to cheap tho..need to raise it..ill send $50
POLARISDAN, not to ask a stupid question but what donation are you referring to? is this something on just Michigan registrations? or is it there also buying trail permits and have I overlooked it? Does the moneys go towards the trail system or the Mi DNR as a whole? will have to look for it when buy permits if its there and agree $25 is cheap.

he is referring to club membership

ok yes, we belong to keewenaw club, will be joining again this year as a corporate member, just haven't sent out membership yet, got it in mail a couple weeks ago, also made an equipment donation to them last year. Yes $25 is cheap considering all of the volunteer work that goes into maintaining trail system, its not just the groomers that keep the trails nice, besides paying trail permits even a donation to the clubs up there is a minimum that could be done by everyone who uses the system. IMO
