I am not sure where I got it, but I would check the pharmacy first. It could be left over from one of mine or the dogs surgerys, but am pretty sure we did get it at a pharmacy.
It is basically a thin (1/16th or 1/32nd of an inch or so) foam material with a sticky side to it. The adhesive does not stick to hair, but does stick to skin well. It is flesh colored, so you do not look as silly as when you wear duck tape (unless they have come out with flesh colored duck tape). Plus it comes off much, much better than duck tape, even better than a band aid.
