Team style lodging

TheBluff of Mass City has an apartment to rent out full time. For those that are familiar, it is apartment #3 upstairs. This year it was a nightly rental, the two years prior to that it was home to Team Kesslers. It is a two bedroom apartment.

Rent is reasonable and it is a pretty good setup for those that utilize it. A home away from home...if you split it up across a few buddies it probably is cheaper than renting nightly.

If anyone is considering doing this I would recommend Matt in a heartbeat! We've rented for 2 years in apartment #1. When you've got 3 or 4 guys (or more) and you go up regularly to ride the yoop, it's a great value and actually less expensive then doing the hotel thing. ManBearPig recommends The Bluff!

Our crew also rents from Matt at The Bluff in Mass and highly recommend him and his places, very reasonable an convenient (can chase the snow and use year round) as stated by MBP above. All the guys in the other apts are great guys and its easy to find someone to ride with on most weekends. Plus the convenience of a tavern, gas station, restaurant, bank, post office, and a grocery store within a block or so.

Stayed a couple of days in the beginning of the year. Matt was awesome, the rate was reasonable, lodging was clean and I'll be back ASAP! It was really nice to have a full kitchen for our use! Thanks again Matt for your hospitality.
