Tekvest Questions

I've finally decided to purchase one but would like some "expert" opinions from those who already use one. I like the zip up style and have basically narrowed it down to the Tekvest Super Sport and the Freestyle. What are the differences, pros/cons to each one?

I tried on the Klim version Tekvest at the snow show and it was very comfortable but I don't know which version it is.

Any and all advise would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Dave

I just purchased the freestyle a few weeks ago and wore it last week. It took me one day to get used to wearing it. The next few days I could not even tell I had it on. It adjusts pretty easily with the straps on the side to loosen or tighten the fit. It also kept me pretty warm too. I was able to lose one layer that I normally wear. Hope this helped.

Thanks Smitty!

How was the back support? I have lower back issues and really want something that will help with that as well.

Keep the advice coming.

No back support really but they do take the load off your shoulders if you were a backpack. I were the freestyle and really my only complaints are it's hot and it's hard to position my beacon where it's not in my way with it. It has been there for me twice now so i'll put up with the heat.

I bought klim zipper and love it. Zipper is a little easier 2 take off and put on when u get alittle older and fatter.some people will always find wrong with a certain product. zipper or none zipper is your preference. think there pertty much all made by same company, they just put different brand names on them.

I thought the same as stealthv did. I went with the trail pro for better protection. The last trip I was on I forgot to put it on and within min. i felt somthing was wrong. You get very use to it quickly.

Thanks guys!
I will check out the Trail Pro I just think it may be a little more than I need for my riding style. Either way, I' m going to get something.
