Kip - Thanks for saving our group with a couple of new helmets with heated shields Friday and taking the time to install a plug in on one sled as well. You always go the extra mile for your customers!

We stopped in to check out goggles and ended up with a new helmet, goggles and 2 Klim Arctic Balaclavas. All because of the customer service. They were busy and Kip was doing a great job directing traffic for customers to the right spot. Paul was a big help in fitting the right goggles for the helmet.
This is pretty awesome. The local dealer here would have ya park the sled and come back in a week if it was a sled issue. Great to hear about good customer service. This is what it's all about.
Kip, was probably the best move you made getting the Poo business huh? Probably dont have to layoff mechanics and probably had to hire a few more for engine rebuilds right ?
When I had an exhaust issue with my Apex Attak a few years back, he and his staff had me back on the trail in 3 hours. Prices were resonable and service excellent. If they were closer, they would have all my business. Fair, honest and quick. What else can you ask for.
Kip has my sled biz. And some of my buddy's' as well. And we are 750 miles away, It's a damn good thing too or I'd be up there all the time buying stuff... It would be nice to have him closer for parts/service type things though. Oh well.
Gives me a reason to try and make it up that way for a trip every season.
