Special thanks to the clubs mentioned above. Just spent the past 3 days riding up there and the trails were in fantastic shape. Saw groomers on the trails at all times of the day and night. Our group had an amazing time. Everything from Mass City up to Copper Harbor was in the best condition, as a whole, I've ever ridden on!

Yes, they do a great job and often only hear bad news so this is a very nice thread Ohio Cat! On another positive note the Superior snowmobile club is up for another new groomer!

Those clubs always do a wonderful job.

Just wish the Gogebic groomers could learn from them.

Not agreeing not disagreeing but a lot of differences in conditions between the two gogebic has a lot more swamps and a lot less snow especially from one end to the other. North end gets more snow than south end which affects how they can groom. I will agree superior does a great job as most clubs do a great job when they have good conditions to work with.

Totally agree. Beaucoup thanks to both of these clubs. I too was riding there this week and it was perfect. I suggest we all drop an extra dollar in those Superior Club groomer boxes in the businesses.

I agree totally! Gogebic does an excellent job of grooming once things are frozen up and they have enough snow. In my experience over the last 10 years or so, the Gogebic Lake area groomers are as consistent as any, even more so. Trail 13 to Rockland may be the exception occasionally, but that gets a ton of traffic. Gogebic Range Authority I can't speak to, don't get over there much at all. I think all of the clubs up there do a pretty good job!

Two of the best weekends I have each year are the two trail clean-up weekends I do with each of these clubs. It's nice to hear good things about both of them and it'd be great to see some of you come back up next fall and run around on a SXS or 4 wheeler for a couple days and then sit down for dinner with some of the other club members and swap stories about all kinds of different things.

I totally agree, was PO'd I couldn't get the time off this year to make it to trail work with superior club. Last year was my first, and I wanted to make it an every year deal. Crossing fingers to make it next year, buddy got a brand new polaris 1000 atv he said i can bring up with me.
