On Tuesday night (Feb. 16), two friends and myself were en route to SIDNAW, Mi., when my sled starting having problems. Two miles from town, the sled took a dump. Eventually it was decided that I would be towed in and they would go get the trailer and comeback for me. They had to ride back to the cabin, "which was near the Gogebic Lodge". I spent my time waiting at the SIDNAW BAR & GRILL. Tom, was working and stated that I could wait there until they returned. There was also two other guys waiting on a trailer to return and pick them up. The business was to close at 9:00. Tom said that he would stay open until our friends came back for us. After the first two guys were saved, I was there alone. Tom went about his duties, while I watched the television. To make a long story short, my friends returned and we were able to load the sled. Tom, THANK YOU !! It would have been a really cold night if I had to wait outside, for their return. It was after 11:00 before they got back. Thanks again for letting me wait inside out of the cold and snow. You were a life saver that night, for myself and the other two guys. To all JD users, if you are in the area, stop in and see Tom at the SIDNAW BAR & GRILL. THANKS TOM
