Was the winter of 12-13 an El Nino winter as well? No snow in the UP until early January.

My son and I said hi to you while you were at the Mosquito...it was the first or 2nd rideable weekend of January and we stayed at the Trailside in Calumet.

The winter of 12-13 was actually a weak La Nina. It was also a winter in which my seasonal outlook was probably the most poorly performing.

2011/2012 winter was bad too. No snow until January. And the big blizzard came at the end of February and then march had temps in the 70s and 80s.
