I also changed strategies with this company from telling them "FU" to your method. Not only is your method much more fun, but after three long winded discussions with me they no longer call! I feel so left out!

That is too funny. They both are from the Philippines, maybe Manila. They have better accents then most I deal with. Fun with VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)....
