Im sure it is just a nasty rumor but have heard it from 2 of my customers that claim they are not wanting to sell trail passes to out of state riders in MI? I've ordered mine, had no issues ordering, haven't received them yet but this really seems far fetched to me.

From Ohio here, we ordered 6 permits about a month ago and received them in about a weeks time. So I say just a rumor.

I walked in to Krupp's mini mart, handed her my Wi driver's license, and bought two trail passes.

I've heard that but bought 4 passes at Pat's 4-5 weeks ago no problem. BTW I heard that when they sell them some money goes to the club so ever since I buy them there.

Just a rumor. MISORVA selling permits like hotcakes including to non-residents. Only issue is getting them through the USPS and things are picking up there a bit now.

Totally false, don't know how these rumors start but let's just say very untrue. No difference from any other year. Brad460, LOL!

That was exactly my thought as well, but the last guy that told me this said it came from a "very reliable source" and I had even stated that that would be just so wrong but was insistent, its funny how these things get started and passed on, all I have to say is THANK GOD ITS NOT TRUE!!!

Everything is a little stronger here in MN! LOL.
Ironically, myself and others have had our MN tags fall off.... Make sure you're applying it to a clean smooth surface.....You probably already know that.

I didnt notice anything different on the size of my sticker. Got mine at Gogebic Lodge this week. They print theres and it still has the perforation in it so you dont need to put the whole 4"×4" sticker on. I know some places sell stickerd out of a book, and they might be tad bit smaller but not much.

Hey Fuji, if it is the same as the last few years there is no sticky backing, you need another piece that you open up, put the permit into it, and rub it to get the sticky stuff on it. It makes no sense to me why they can't do it like almost any other license or permit that I have ever seen.

Euphoric ...Just like anything else ask that person who heard it from a “reliable source” to give specifics. The old who, what, when, why and where and follow up with those sources. Let me guess...it goes to a dead end and can’t be verified. Weak people spread falsehoods and should be called out for it.

Bought mine at the Krist gas station in Ironwood not far off of the grade trail.(we were staying in Hurley) No problems what-so-ever.
However, my friends bought theirs someplace else & my sticker is way smaller than theirs.

Again, you're talking trail permit, not Michigan registration.
