That is painful to read. The first article had points that just did not add up, but I would have never guessed the officer was blotto.

How can they mess this up that bad?

That's crazy he is going to walk. I agree with the judge saying that they have to do their job right or he walks, but he was really drunk how can you not tell? Were his buddies trying to get him to sobor up before the test? Who knows the real tragedy is the guy who got killed over this.

Two hours after the "accident" he gets to a "clinic" to get blood drawn. This is an indictment of the whole bunch who attended the scene of the accident.

They should all be fired...
