Agreed! I think everyone remembers time as a child coming in half frozen after playing for hours in the snow.

For me, a lot of it was downhill skiing in Northern Michigan at the Boyne Highlands / Nubs Knob resorts, and some of my best memories were skiing in whiteout LES events. There was nothing better than the feeling it gave me, almost like floating in the void as I made my way downslope.

I get it though, if maybe you weren't introduced to winter sports at a young age, and didn't necessarily build snowpeople or had snowball fights, then cold & snow might become that annoying thing that hampered your drive to work or forced you to shovel your driveway, etc...

John, your 100% right about the attitude thing, sometimes you really need to make an effort to change, but if it's for a good - then it's worth it.
