My choices for E-blend gasoline would be K-100, with octane boost for "bad gas", or "questionable gas" situations. Star-Tron for non questionable E-gas. Seafoam is a very good non E-gas additive, for both cleaning, and stabilizing. Stabil is a very poor product in my view, no matter what formula. I am not knocking Techron. Techron is not a stabilizer as I know of, but a very good cleaner. K-100, and Star-Tron are very good cleaners, and stabilizers. Stabilizing E-gas, to prevent "phase separation", is critical. K-100 is also a octane booster. Sea-Foam is the same as it has always been, but our fuels of today have changed very much. So Sea-Foam applications are not as broad as once was the case. I believe the Briggs and Stratton to be a very good additive also, but I have not used it. Nor have I used Marvel as a fuel treatment.
