Anybody have any tips for notching a two inch lug track for tunnel coolers? Tools or tips used would be greatly appreciated. I have a two inch camoplast challenger i need to notch!
a sharp utility knife will do it. If your good with wire and understand electrical current, you could build a hot wire cutter that would slice through real nice. Do a search on it, you should be able to find out how to build one.
I just notched out my new Camoplast Intense 1.5". I cut a steel template to hold against each lug and used a utility knife. Worked great and fits the coolers just right.
