Trail 11 north from Winchester to UP

Does anyone know if trail 11 is open this year from vilas county up to Wakefield?

11N usually goes from the "ski hill" (indianhead/blackjack) to south boundary...sounds like that is permanently closed.

I would like to thank all the folks at the GRTA for all their hard work and willingness to spend club funds to get this trail re-opened. This is one of the nicest trails in the area when its at its best. With cold temps and more snow they should be able to start full scale grooming on the Ottowa fire roads. Can't wait!!!
