Trail 11S - Winchester, WI to Trail 2 (Michigan)

Does anybody know if Trail 11S running from Winchester, WI going North into the UP and meeting up with Trail 2 West of Marinesco will be open this year? Its been closed for the last two seasons for logging.

Currently not open and official word was expect it to remain closed. They are working on a solution, but wasn't in place yet.

This is the second time I have seen that website mentioned. Both times I have tried to access information on that website and have found nothing but a stale "conditions" post from December 19th. Am I missing something? I scoured the webpage for relevant information and found nothing.
