Anybody been on the trail 13 from Twin Lakes to Greenland in the last couple days?
Are they grooming the southern section?
Thanks

Just asked a buddy of mine who came home an hour ago. He said they tried it on 1/3 late in the day and the southern section was still in rough shape. He didn't see much water, but it didn't look like the groomer had been through yet. A lot could have changed though in the last 48 hours.

Trail 13 was AWESOME on 1/1/2017 when we rode it. There was a few water spots and one spot that the groomer made a new path around in the woods since it looked like it broke through. Was groomed the whole way though when we rode it on the 1st if I recall. Or at least I wouldn't call it "rough shape" by any means.

I rode it on 1-2-17 and the south 10 mil was not good but the rest north was great , until the water holes freeze up there's no way a groomer can get threw there

I rode it today and with the exception of a few small water holes, it was great. Smooth & fluffy all the way. Happy Trails, Glenn

Rode trail 13 on January 6th about 1130am. The top half was awesome, snowing and blowing, with about 8 inches of fresh snow on top of groomed trail. Hard to see as everything was neon white.
Then we hit a rough patch about 8 miles that was like a goat path, swamp area, low hanging tree branches ect. Then we ran into groomer and rest of the trail into Greenland wasn't too bad... Seen 4 sleds while on the loop. Should be another great day on the trails looks like it's been snowing and blowing all night!
