Trail Conditions - Park Rapids/Walker, MN Area

Good afternoon everyone, just looking to get a realistic conditions report for this area, DNR website is a nice resource but not always accurate.

Parents have a cabin near Huntersville, MN, looking to come up late Friday night for a day ride on Saturday.

Looking for help on conditions riding the normal loop(s) around that area:
53 from Huntersville, MN North
53/24/32/55/30 through Paul Bunyan State Forest
State Heartland Corridor Trail from Park Rapids heading NE through Nevis/Walker and further NE

We could loop 53 through Menahga an up around to 19 into Park Rapids and trails north of there (31,22,32,27) if that was a decent option as well.

I know the area received some rain this week, looking for ridable conditions, not expecting 2 ft of powder but not wanting to make the trip for really icy conditions and trails that won't see a groomer this week either.

Thank you for all of your help!

I rode from Pinehurst Resort west of Itasca park to Walker and back last Saturday, it was before the rain on Sunday but the snow was good, we rode over to Walker on corridor 74 and it was very good, coming back we stayed a little north of 74, I am not sure of the number but went by Lake George , it was my first time in Walker by sled in over 30 years and I saw more snowmobiles around Walker than I have seen total in the last two years riding north and west of there. There is lots of snow and even with the little bit of rain the trails should be good if they groom, the signing was great in the Walker area, the best I have seen in MN
