I had the same problem with my Legend Trailer and thought that I pinched a wire when I finished it off, so i took a lot of the panels off and didn't find anything. Then I just thought that I would put new taillights on it and found out that one of the taillights were shorting out inside the sealed light. Don't ask me how I found it, I guess it was just dumb luck. Hope that helps you!!!
