Trailer Graphics

Had some tree damage to my newer trailer and am deciding whether to have it repaired (1K +) or to have some graphics put on. There were no holes or tears in the sheeting just a some long scrapes and dents so I though graphics may work. Has anyone had any luck with some graphics and from whom? Thanks for any input!

Scottiking, that's why I wanted a used one cuz of your exact statement "it's just a trailer to keep the sleds safe and clean". Unfortunately though there was really none to be had when I was looking to buy so a new one was ordered instead. The damage does cause some mental anguish whether new or used but it does hurt a little more only being a year old! I guess I needed marks to match the ding I put in the side door in only the second week I owned it! THO!

Thanks for the input.

Scott l, yes I had seen a thread of his a while back and have not been able to find it since. Jim, if you come across this thread give me a shout.

Just talked to the manufacturer again and now I'm up to $1,800. YIKES! It is what it is....

Thanks,

Will your insurance company cut the check single payee((to you))?

May not run through insurance depending on what I do....I have talked to them already and they were questioning why it has to go to Mi (manufacturer location - R & R Trailers) to get fixed. So, at least the transportation cost I will have to absorb anyway for sure.

Bring it across the pond on the Badger or the lake express. Then all highway to R&R. You will go right past my exit. Stop in for a beer! View it as an adventure. (are we all looking at the same picture?)

Will keep that in mind as I may bring it in for warranty work either way..... More pics as I know the original one wasn't that great (I was in a rush). If you look on the third panel from the rear above the stripe you'll see the damage.

That's it? You most certainly don't want to look at my trailer. That's not even a flesh wound. Put a big Amsoil sticker over it and call it a day.

Harski- I put a hole thru the side of my R&R. Got a replacement panel from R&R and replaced the panel myself. I do not have the smooth sides though like yours. I had a couple dozen screws to remove & replace but overall a pretty easy job. The new panel blends right in too.

I disucussed my concerns of color fading with R&R and they seemed to feel this wouldn't be a problem if I kept the same color. I'm considering changing the color of the back panels to black on both sides just to be safe. The rear ramp would stay charcol metallic which I don't think would be that bad. We'll see. Thanks for your input.
