Trip rescheduled. How's conditions in the up?

Looking for current conditions from someone who isn't trying to sell me a room. East to west and north to south up and eagle River area. Thanks in advance

I rode Eagle River area on Monday. It was in better shape than I expected. Smooth trails, little traffic. I'm not sure how well they'll survive the warm up. There wasn't much snirt but it didn't look like they had too much of a base.

We don't have much of a base but the trails have been awesome, much to my surprise. Warm up tomorrow to 41 so I know they will take a hit. Flurries schd for Thurs but we need more that that. Hope that helps. This is also Eagle River, St Germain, and Three Lakes.

I don't have first hand info, but I know Whitedust went out today and he said the trails were very nice. He mostly headed east towards Iron River up on Trail 15. Maybe he can comment with his thoughts...

Vilas Trails were very good but Venturenorth had a tech problem so the day was called early. Rev and others said base is thin and we saw the same thing best riding was early morning and hats off to area groomers. Sunny and 40s today so I'm parked for now. Imo best to wait until next week for JD snow forecast we have not had fresh snow in many days like maybe 10 or so.
