Has anyone installed or have any experience with the heater that Triton offers as an option?

From pics, looks like a Suburban SF-35 or Atwood 8535IV. If they showed an exterior picture of vent, I could tell you which one it is.
I've installed both of those furnaces in trailers. I prefer to mount them sideways, vs horizontal like in the Triton picture. I prefer to use the Suburban since the exhaust and intake are separate. Easier to mount sideways.
Atwood have exhaust and intake in one.

Thank you for your reply. I was told that heater on the triton site was approx $3,800. That sound right?

Holy crap!!

My buddy has a 45K that he bought from a wrecked RV. IIRC he paid $300. Its a Suburban. And its serious overkill for his 31ft trailer.

Even if you buy new, Im sure you can buy them MUCH MUCH cheaper than $3800. They are the same as RV furnaces.

I checked the link. He doesnt have any duct work on his. Im not sure Id want those little vents like that link. His will heat his trailer from 0*F to 60*F in about 10-15 mins. I will add, he also insulated his trailer on his own. And probably went overkill on the insulation too. Spray foamed the underside etc.

$3800 is probably fairly close to other mfgs. I would assume that price includes insulation though. I would check on that.

For brand new materials on just the furnace, propane, and accessories(no insulation), you're probably around $1K.
New furnaces are around $600, Like @srt20 said, you can get used ones for $300 on CL. Can usually always find someone parting out a camper.
I had about $600 into mine. No insulation. It works great for quick repairs.
But if you using for longer periods, or drying out riding gear/sleds, you definitely need it insulated. My next trailer project begins in two weeks. Fully insulated including floor.

I would use a Semi Sleeper heater. They run on diesel fuel and are extremely efficient. A buddy of mine put one in his Feather Light snowmobile trailer and he loves it. You can have it running when going down the road. Here is a link to one you can get on amazon. They do have cheap knockoff ones but I do not know much about the quality. Copy and paste info below into google search
