Yeah, well, Mitch had his day all right, eh! Not sure if this is here to stay, but it goes a long way to say that coaches, trainers can make a huge difference. Good protection also helps, eh! Just saying, good for Mitch! And, once again, the Bears look the same, sad.

Abe, we've seen this before. Back in 1994 the Packers had a QB that washed out in training camp, went back to his old job in a grocery store. Years later Kurt Warner ended up in the Hall of Fame. Not saying that'll happen to Mitch but it reminds me of the line in Dumb & Dumber, "So you're saying there's a chance?" Mitch looks like a guy that needed a change of scenery, hope it works out well for him.

Preseason is vanilla O&D nobody knows Bears vanilla D better than Mitch. Imo no NFL team showed interest in Mitch as a starter so the tape ain’t good. I think Mitch is in a good place in Buffalo and if everything goes well Mitch won’t play but mop up and could end up with a SB ring. Mitch has good athletic skills but the football IQ wasn’t there for the hot target or consistent accuracy. I wish the best for Mitch but highly doubt he’s a starter. Maybe he’ll stick as a cheap back up with Buffalo as Allen just signed a multi million long term contract with Buffalo and even his coach says more and than likely 1 and done with Mitch can’t afford him at multi millions.

Perhaps so, but I'm betting the Bears need more help than does Mitch? Bears overall have bad chemistry. Buffalo has the right combination. Very good coaches, and trainers, eh.

Bears are rebuilding nothing to do with chemistry the Bills rebuilt Allen progressed well and they are talented and well coached. I have no idea what kind of team the Bears have since loaded with rookies especially on the OL. Fields hasn’t played a regular season game but seems to raise the level of play of those around him Trubisky didn’t do that. Nobody expects the Bears to go to the SB this year they have a very tuff schedule and a young team on the other hand the Bills could go all the way they are a mature win now team. You are comparing apples and oranges mature team vs rebuilding team that has many unknowns. I’m hoping the Bears have a few ballers that can play the game help move the team up the ladder. Imo the sooner Fields starts the better off the Bears will be in the future.

Not to disagree whitedust, however the Bears always seem to be rebuilding, eh! Be that so, I will always wish them the best success!

Abe the game has changed so much now it’s all about protecting the QB and having a franchise QB to protect. Unfortunately the Bears peaked at 12-4 and then Parkeys double donk field goal ended the season and the Bears play off run. Trubisky regressed badly and the cap made it difficult to sign FAs and keep their own super stars. Now Bears start again with Fields and hopefully he is the real deal. Perfect example of team at its peak is the Packers. They have Rogers for this season and the rest of the team is darn good. The cap is a problem for the Pack simply keeping Rogers and Adams will be difficult to afford next year nothing to do with chemistry it’s all about how to afford your franchise players. I guess the cap is a good thing but obviously it will cause changing of the guard of SB teams year to year and kick start rebuilding with younger players.

Agree. But I really consider Adams, and Rodgers, to have chemistry. And we shall see if Cobb is what he previously was?
