I pulled off the rails from my old plastic bed liner. Going to be rolling in a Herculiner. Anyone have any suggestions for removing the sticky stuff that was holding the rails on before I sand?
I would try to heat the glue with a heatgun and try scraping the thick stuff with something, maybe a putty knife. The remaining use some paint thinner or adhesive remover. If your sanding then you wont have to worry about scratching it.
