Adding pictures isn't the same as before:
click on "reply" to the topic
Fill in your response, then
Scroll down to the next box below the reply box and in the box called "additional options"
Click on manage attachments
New screen pops up and
you browse to find the picture or graphic to "upload" from your computer; note you can also get it from some other source than your computer by chosing the other choice
and the rest should be self explanitory.....

you have to get a host site first--"PHOTOBUCKET.COM" is what I use..
