Tunnel Protectors

Because I have not owned a sled newer than a 2001 and have not worked at a motorcycle/snowmobile shop since 2003 I do no know weather I need to put tunnel protectors on my 09 600 Polaris Dragon if I install 1.325 studs on an 1.250 track

It depends on the type of cooler it has.

My 2007 DRAGON 700 has a rear cooler, so it DOES require these short 12" plastic tunnel protectors, as the tunnel has built it protectors to cover the other 40" or so.

The 800's have the strip coolers that serve "double duty" as coolers and protectors.

put them on, cheap and extra insurance. I've ruined one on an 05 fusion the first sled I ever bought new and boy was I pissed off when I saw what I had done.
