Turkey fryers

Got a CharBroil tru infrared. Anyone have any advice on these? Such as how long for a 16# bird. I just got the deep frying down and now trying this cooker. Is there a target temp
I'm looking for to determine done?

Second year I tried it. Last year not good. This year the bird turned out fantastic. It takes about double the time of deep frying but less time then oven cooking. I used my beer can chicken method with a dry rub.

That's not it. Charbroil try infrared is different. Not sure were instructions went.
