I been thru there 100's of times and never spotted this place, even thru last week. Exactly where is it located and did it have another name before?

It's been Twillys for a long time, nice people own it Roger and Michelle they have good food, pool tables, darts and a nice bar. There is an entrance on the Northside of the building in the middle for the bar and they have a non-bar restaurant too up front. They have a pasty day, prime rib on friday and saturday, pizza, burgers and sandwiches oh yeah a couple times a month on sundays they have all you can eat chinese buffet thats real good. I reccommend them all the time

Gee, I've obviously been away far too long, Tulppo's, Grandma Grooters (yeah, I know, it was burned to a crisp) and Char's I remember, and a few much earlier than that (Binder's, even  ) but Twilley's doesn't register at all. More than that, I haven't been able to find out anything about it on da web, so please tell me: Exactly where is it? How long has it been there? How are they keeping themselves such a secret? Anybody?

Like I said, I was in B-Xing last Tuesday on my way over to Superior and I did not see this place. Don't know what people send out this and not even give a hint to where to go, M28, US45 or some back road 5 miles out of town??

Now we NEED to have as many people as possible ATTEND our 10th Anniversary Dinner!

The dinner will be on Saturday, October 15th. It will take place at Twilley's in Bruce Crossing. Social hour is from 5-6 pm Eastern Time, Dinner to start at 6 pm Eastern time. Dinner cost is only $15.00, and this includes tip.

well eao I guess thats not a very good invite is it.

Not sure when they opened, but the word is getting out their there I know they've been there since 2005 for sure

13909 US HWY45, Bruce Crossing, MI 49912

It's on US45 just about 1 block south of M28 on the west side of the road. They took over the old Nordines building. Twillys is the next building south of Chars on the same side of the road. I don't think they have a website but they do have a facebook page

Thank you mrsrunningbear!
Geez, talk about a "low profile"!

Of course I remember a time when you could stand under the blinking light in the middle of the intersection and see every business establishment in town! I guess it hasn't changed all that much, though.

An un-funny observation: A lot of good it does to know the address — I still haven't found any mapping service (Google, MapQuest, Yahoo, DeLorme …) that has caught up with the great E-911 renumbering scheme in the western UP. When exactly was that grand exercise, ten years ago (2001)?

I been in Bruce X-ing more times than I can count over the years. Actually the comment above about standing under the traffic light I have actually done a few times (DOT surveying).

I just want to know where it was, for all I knew it could have been miles out of town in 4 different directions.

Twilley's is really hard to miss when in Bruce Crossing, I think it was the old grocery store? We have had fun in there many times, usually hanging out with Steve & Char. We always stayed at Tulppo's due to the surrounding businesses and trail location, now that it is closed we are scrambling for a new place in the area? If my memory serves me correct Mrs. running Bear, I believe you will be the perfect choice? How far south of Bruce Crossing are you? Is the trail heading down close to Bruce or do we need to head east on the grade to connect to your resort?

Thank you!

Running Bear Resort is where the snirt stops & you have ribbons of white snowmobile trails going N,E or W! :) South not so much sometimes at least to my standards but still pretty darn good if you can accept a little Watersmeet red tinted trails... LOL
