Twin lakes to Houghton

My wife and I are Wondering if any place between twin lakes and houghton that you can drop sleds and leave vehicle until following day as we have hotel booked in copper harbor and won't return until late following day. Any suggestions???

Wildlife Refuge in South Range just south of Houghton by couple miles has a parking lot right across the street on trail 3. I believe the Wildlife refuge also allows people to park in their lot as well as long as you stop in and ask.
