Just got back from there. Only a little thin around Rockland. Also, a little slushy south of Twin Lakes. Also, a little thin and slushy on 1 from the 12/1 split to Silver City. The trail through Silver City and to the West is actually fair to good. The trail up the road to Lake in the Clouds is excellent. 102/South Boundary Road is excellent and Trail 1 South from the 12/1 split in White Pines to Lake Gogebic is excellent. The got several (over 6) inches of snow yesterday morning in Bergland, but only an inch at Gogebic Lodge. The area is very rideable and should be fine through the weekend. I heard from riders at Gogebic Lodge that Trail 2 from Marinesco to the East was very thin in spots (we didn't venture South of Lake Gogebic) - so I'd check in with the Gogebic Range Trail Authority for the latest there.
