Vehicle Mechanic - Houghton -??

I have a friend’s daughter that is moving up to Houghton to attend Michigan Tech University. He is moving her up there in a couple weeks and is looking for input for a good vehicle mechanic around there. She will be about 8 hours away from home so he’s looking for a little info on a good repair shop. Thanks guys

I can usually steer you in the right direction when broke down so however she or her dad would like to contact me is fine. I deal with plenty of college kids so it's no big deal.

This is why every Dad needs to have that all important talk with their children before they leave home. ie. there is no such thing as a "muffler belt". All your shocks are bad and your carberator needs changed. If you drive it off my lot, you will crash into the river.
