Any reports on kab ash area? I know the park has lake trail conditions posted, any info on snow depth and land trails?

I have heard rumors of many trees down up there from early season snow. Is this true? Still clearing trails? Any grooming?

I am actually waiting for a update on tree situation on the arrowhead but there is enough snow to ride , problem is trail is completely blocked and the dnr /state is the groomer of the arrowhead

The Arrowhead and the Taconite has been cleared. As of Monday Morning neither has been groomed except the far northern part of the Arrowhead. Rumor is they will be starting to groom all of it this week. We have plenty of snow with a great hard base. The swamps are starting to freeze up enough to groom. They were running the Vermilion River from Buyck to Lake Vermilion on Saturday afternoon. The river from Buyck north to Crane was not so good. If you can stand the sub zero temps this weekend you should have pretty good trails.
