With this cold spring it has been really hard to get the boat in the water and get some wakeboarding sets in, but we are finally on the water. Anyone else out there?
The biggest edition to the boat this year is Hydrophase Ridesteady speed control. I have been looking for an alternative to the Perfect Pass $1200 system for a while and finally there is some competition on the market.
The boat is nothing special as a 1996 Tige, but it is one ofthe first V-drive boats ever made. Plus it has some real american muscle in it with the 454.
I am working on the install right now and should have it in for riding next week. The part that scares me the most is drilling a 2" hole in the bottom of the boat for the paddlewheel .
Anyone else looking to add speed control to their older model inboard or stern drive let me know and I will give some more information.
