Hey John! I've been seeing some things through the NOAA and other weather sites that toward the end of Feb. we will start to warm up again in the U.P. I know this is still far so far out anything can happen, but with what you read about long term outlooks, do you see anything that hints towards that?

I have a trip planned up to the U.P. Feb. 22nd and all that the portion of the site was showing me was a chance for a area wide warm up. I understand this is a long ways out and only god knows what will happen. Just seeing if there are and meteorological guess's or observations that John may have some insight on for that time frame.
