What are the best kind of wear bars to use on an 06 Cat Crossfire with the factory skis.
She wants to push in the corners under acceleration.

Bergtrom

Of course there are also the Bergstrom Triple Point carbides to consider. A bit spendy, but work great and last longer than other carbides. Scott Bergstrom is a great guy to deal with also.

Stud Boy Shaper Bars, is what I like but both are good.
I drive fast the square Stud Boy shaper bars bite very good, almost flipped my 800, used to reg carbides pushing and sliding in corners.

I use the bergstroms also the only reason I have to get a new pair is when I get a new sled every 4 years. I have never had a problem with them.

I used to have the stud boy shaper bars on my Apex with C&A skis. I cracked 2 sets and they bent. Won't use them again. If you can pony up front for a good set, you will be VERY happy with the Bergstrom triple points. Great handling and like everyone above said, they never wear out!
