As the moisture train continues here in SE Wisconsin, just think if we had favorable temperatures for the time of season we would probably have been at our seasonal average for snow or dam close anyways, very frustrating for those of us who want or need winter for whatever reason.

I think we would be well above average if the rain we received was snow. That's been the case the last 5 years. We have moisture, but not cold enough temps.
