Our trails opened up Friday at noon and close tomorrow, (Sunday) at 6am. There ya have it folks, the 2017-2018 season was a doozie. Highs in the upper 30's and sunny coming on Tues and Wed. We had about 4" on the ground Thursday before the big blizzard hit and totally pumbled us under another 5" of worthless fluff. (insert sarcasm here) I went out Thursday night to pan down what we had in hopes of holding the new snow too. We did get the snow, but it was so dry that by the time I panned it down it amounted to about an inch. Today it was sunny so any dirt that was showing was mud in no time. Stick a fork in it til the next "blizzard".

Well that's 2 more days than here!
Hilarious, isn't it.
Guys are riding in Indiana and the Green Bay, WI trails have not opened for a second year.

Really not sure why they are worried enough to close them......no need to micro manage a trail....ground is frozen and everyone with a sled will stay off if cond are bad.....and if they ride....it's their sled so who cares.....but I bet they won't.
Waaay too much alfalfa and winter wheat to let the entitled ones ride in low snow conditions
