The JDSP Ride:

- If you'd like, meet at any of the (3) Dealerships - M&M in Hancock, Pat's in Greenland, Timberline in Bergland.
- Donations on the Givebutter site (Givebutter.com/JDSP2021) for $100 or more, automatically register you and enter you for the drawings. Stop by any of the dealerships and pick up a JDSP logo Sled Sticker or two.
- Walk up registrations can be taken at each location beginning at 8AM on Saturday.
- Everyone will head in different directions and stop at businesses along the trails to support them. They know we're coming and are looking forward to welcoming us.

Rumor has it, there will be a John Dee sighting!

Trails should be excellent... hopefully a fresh ribbon will provide perfect riding conditions. Warmer temps than today. Hoping you'll join us!

John, are you riding sat.? or what?

I'm not planning on it. It would be quite the production to get my sled up there and then I do not like to ride it on the trails for too much, as it has 3" lugs on the track. Plus it handles like a school bus on the trails!

About the only way I would ride is if I had a trail sled available to ride.

Thanks Guys! That's VERY generous! I think my biggest concern with that is actually my ability to hang in there for the day! I have been having some issues with the old ticker again. Started about this time last year. Was suppose to get it fixed and then covid put me on the sidelines. I am back on the roster and hope to get the call any day now to go to Wausau and get things fixed with an ablation. I can function well enough to do my work, but any kind of real physical activity can knock me to my rear.

They say that after I have the ablation and my heart can get back in shape, then I will be able to more physical activity.

I do plan to be at M/M in the morning and then meet up anyone going to Dreamland that day. So hope to see as many of you as I can that way!

Sorry to hear John.... Hope it gets better soon.... not sure I'd trust the cheese heads in Wausau.... I'll give you a lift back with me to MN...and get you to the Mayo Clinic. That's where all the other big shots like presidents and foreign leaders go...you'd fit right in.

Maybe 4Kops has a two up you can jump on..... you two would look precious!

See you at M&M and hoping to finish my ride at Dreamland... I'm buying.

Haha! I actually have had my rounds at Mayo too! Two open hearts with the best surgeon in the world. He is done cutting, just instructing now. Wausau is not bad for the smaller stuff, but if I had to have something really major would go with either Mayo again, or perhaps Cleveland Clinic.

See you Saturday!

John, I am also am ablation patient, Have had 2 of them, last one they ablated my entire atrium and part of my left pulmonary vein, electrically I have a half dead heart. Was fine for about 7 years after and then signals started bleeding through the work they did, and because of the extent of work that was done then too risky to go in again, once it crosses over again there will be no choice to go in but chances by medical odds not good. because of my age at the time the insurance company opted for the surgery instead of a device implant which Im glad I didnt get because it would have been the end of my career, my passion, what I love to do, but now i take a slew of medications to keep my heart percolating like it should, take 3 blood thinners a day and have had 2 strokes in the last 6 years. Kinda know what you are dealing with and I wish and hope the best of luck to you! will keep thoughts of good health for you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks John! the last one was no fun, had a rectangle burn square in the middle of my back for 2 years after from being jumped so many times during procedure as they used adhesive paddles, spent week in ICU afterwards, but... IM STILL HERE! and as bad as we may have it, never forget it could always be worse. and as Morgan Freeman said in shawshank... "Get busy living or get busy dying" words to live by. Curious... Is Heart Care Associates performing procedure? Thats who did mine, A group of renound Heart doctors who have surgical rights all over the country. Good luck to you! and again will keep you in my thoughts!
Sorry for getting off subject on post.
