Nailed this one Tracker. My oldest 18 has been applying lots of places. He has only one research paper left for English 12 and it's basically done. He is helping in the barn but wants a good off farm job with benefits. Is trying to get one now and everyone is saying the same thing. You haven't graduated yet. He doesn't understand. He goes I'm willing to work. They need people. But they won't hire me yet.

Remc is hiring for the wind turbines....i will have to get the number....also drone pilots are in demand and pay alot of money....just some ideas for him

Thanks Tracker I'll pass them on. He's been really interested in the wind turbines since a company has come into the area trying to put in a wind farm. He also has two of his own drones that he plays with for fun and games.
